Apple has announced its App Store Awards winners for 2021. The awards honor the top 15 apps and games that have helped consumers explore new interests, discover new creative outlets, interact with new people, and have fun. A panel of judges chose the winners from among thousands of submissions.
The winner of this year's contest is selected by Apple's worldwide editorial team, who selected applications and games demonstrating a high level of quality, cutting-edge technology, imaginative design, and a positive cultural impact.
In a statement issued by Apple CEO Tim Cook, the company claimed that the developers who won App Store Awards in 2021 "harnessed their drive and vision" to offer the "greatest applications and games of the year," stimulating the "creativity and enthusiasm" of millions of people across the world.
Innovating with Apple technology, these remarkable developers ranged from self-taught indie coders to visionary CEOs developing worldwide businesses. So many of them contributed to the profound sense of oneness that the world needs this year."
